Why I Keep It Personal
Elite Navigator began after a career change gave me the opportunity to build the kind of driving service I felt was missing: personal, dependable, and accountable. What began with a single Facebook post grew through referrals from neighbors and repeat clients.
Today, I intentionally keep the business small. There is no call center, rotating roster of drivers, or handoff between booking and pickup. When I confirm your reservation, I’m committing personally to your ride. Because I operate the service myself, advance reservations are required and availability is limited.
